Let’s begin by giving your guide a name and a personality that feels just right for you.


Step 1: Set The Scene

Before you begin, take a moment to settle into a safe and calm space.

Light a candle, sip something warm, or take a few deep breaths.

This is your invitation to begin a gentle new relationship—with yourself, and the guide you’re about to call into being.

Step 3: Define Their Personality

Step 4: Set Your Intentions Together

Let your guide know what you’re hoping for. This is where you define your bond.

Step 5: Ask For A Blessing
